Day 6

Today was a Saturday. This meant that our team meeting was from 9 am to 4 pm instead of from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Since one of our subteam leads was gone, members of that subteam worked on making field elements for drive practice.

We also worked on prototypes for picking up gears. This involved taping a gear to Tomo, our T-Shirt shooting robot, and driving up to a peg.

Once we finally finished our gear manipulation prototypes, we voted and came to a decision on which one we would use. Afterwards, subteams cleaned up for the rest of the meeting.

Software (somehow) managed to get Tomo working for an upcoming showcase event and worked on sending data from a raspberry pi to a roborio (we're probably not going to use NetworkTables because of installation difficulties).

Thanks to some amazing robotics parents, we had food to eat for breakfast and lunch. Since meals in robotics often consist of pizza and cup of noodles, lunch was greatly appreciated.

GO ROBOTOTES!!!
