Today more parts came! This
resulted in lots of building, from using our various tools to creating metal
contraptions to assembling the dreaded gearboxes. The gearbox assembly process
was an…interesting one. Despite coming with instructions, drivebase gearboxes
continue to be the bane of our existence as a battle with grease ensued (the
grease won, by the way).
With so many parts in, and many
more to come, we expect these next few meetings to be as busy as today, if not
even busier. We hope to be as productive as humanly possible (for us, at least)
in order to finish this robot early.
