Today we
continued the manufacturing process as we relentlessly pursue our goal of
having a finished robot as soon as possible. While this took place in different
ways, some of the more common methods were physically assembling parts we’ve
received and continuing to work on CAD models of the entire robot and
individual parts as well. Unfortunately, we ran into an issue when Solidworks crashed
in the middle of saving the whole robot model. This corrupted the file and we
had to start over. However, this will not stop us for doing whatever it takes
to build the robot on time. We continue to invest many hours of hard work into
refining our robot design and hope that those hours will soon pay off.
