We have a (sort of) working robot! (The “sort of” part is important).
Climber mounted to the robot today and tested their system as much as they could without a working lift, as the lift wasn’t mounted yet. It works, as far as we can tell.
We didn’t completely mount the lift today, but it was stable enough for us to test it. We are happy to report that the lift does move up and down, although it is a little jerky. We will need to slightly change the speeds.
Over a dinner of tacos, we also debated controversial topics such as “is water wet?” and “is fire an element?”. Unfortunately, we haven’t reached a conclusion yet.
