Today the team
finally returned from a much longer than expected weekend.
The drivebase
subteam continued to work on the electronics board, which is quickly becoming
infamous for being an important but sadly slow task.
Although the
electronics board was the main thing that the team intended to focus on, the
gear subteam concentrated on mounting the gear intake to the robot.
Finally, the
subteam that needs a working electronics board the most, programming, continued
the process of "debugging". This was a two-fold process: Finding
errors and fixing them. As it turned out, finding errors is much easier than
fixing them.
The team also
enjoyed a delicious pasta dinner, which the team ate as we had some very...loud
discussions. These discussions were so loud that one mentor considered making
the robotics room soundproof.
